Ingredients
- 300g fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions
Cut off the top third of the washed strawberries to cover the fruit puree in the end. Leave the green stalk on.
Now, put the other bits of strawberry in a blender, add a sliced banana, and puree it.
Pour the fruit mousse into the ice cube mold, but don’t fill the compartments to the brim, as our strawberry lid comes still on top!
Once all the compartments are decorated with the strawberry lid, place it in the freezer.

These strawberry banana ice cubes make tasty additions to tonics, sodas, or simple sparkling water.
