Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup plant-based milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
2 big strawberries
2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
Firstly, pick a jar in which you want to prepare your overnight oats. I like using these glass jam jars as they look nice, but you might as well take a glass or a bowl. Cut the banana and strawberry into bite-sized pieces.
Add the oats to a bowl, together with the the cinnamon. Mix them to combine.
Start layering your cinnamon-coated oats, banana, strawberry, and any other optional ingredients you’d like to add to the jar. Leave an inch of space at the top.
Generously top the jar with your plant-based milk of choice. Screw on the lid of your jar or cover your bowl well before keeping them in the fridge overnight.
Garnish the overnight oats generously with delicious toppings before serving.
Notes
You can prepare these overnight oats for four to five days in advance.
More strawberries and bananas for fruitiness, additional peanut butter, or cacao nibs and banana chips for a change in texture make a great addition to these vegan peanut butter overnight oats!
