This simple mango lassi is a delicious simple refresher for a warm day.

Ingredients

2 Ripe mangos 500g Yoghurt (soy or coconut) 1 cup of ice cubes 1 tbsp cane sugar 1 pinch salt Optional: 3/4 tsp rose water Optional: a little bit of safron Optional: 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Optional: Fresh mint

Instructions

Add the mango, together with the ice, yogurt, cane sugar, salt, and aromatics of choice into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Notes

You can play around with the aromatics. I love this spice mix but you can customize the flavor to your linking.
