Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp dried lavender
2 inch strip of organic orange zest
1 tsp organic cane sugar
1 cup plant-based milk (oat or cashew)
Instructions
Give the orange a thorough wash, and cut a strip from its peel. Add the zest, lavender, plant-based milk, and cane sugar to a pot.
Bring the mixture to a light simmer and let it steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your preferred intensity of the infusion.
Pour the lavender milk tea through a tea strainer right into your cup, and enjoy while nice and hot.
