Ingredients

1/2 big, ripe watermelon

Optional: Salt, lemon juice, other fruits, basil, mint

Instructions

Cut your watermelon into a manageable piece. Add the watermelon to your blender, and blend it until smooth. If you want to use other fruits or herbs, add them now.

Next, strain the juice.

Check the flavor of your watermelon juice. You can season with salt and lemon juice now if you like.
