Have you ever tried to make plum popsicles from fresh ripe plums? They are very easy to make and a great way to preserve the delicious plum flavor!

  • Total Time: 24,5 Std
  • Yield: 12 Pieces 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 630g plums
  • 150g banana
  • 100g dates
  • 250ml coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2g Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions

Wash the plums and cut them in halves. Put all the fruits in a pot.
Take the dates, cut them in half, pit them, and add them to the plums.
Take the vanilla pod and cut it open lengthwise. Scrape out all the vanilla and put it in our pot – including the vanilla pod.
Add the cinnamon spice and the coconut milk as well.
Then bring everything to a boil for 10 minutes.
After cooling down the cooked plums mixture a little, put them in the blender.
Add banana in pieces, and start blending until you have a creamy consistency.
Now fill the popsicle mold, add popsicle sticks, and put it in the freezer for around 24 hours.

Notes

If you want to store your frozen popsicles for another day, just put them in a zipper bag and pop them in the freezer! You can also buy small cellophane bags (plastic-free, food-safe and biodegradable) so you can wrap each popsicle individually before putting them all in a zipper bag.
