Ingredients
4 glasses of fresh fermented water kefir (learn how to make it here)
2 ripe peaches
Instructions
Give the peaches a good wash, and cut them into small cubes. Add the peaches to clean bottles or jars, and top them with water kefir. Let them ferment for 24-48 hours until the kefir reaches a flavor you are happy with!
Notes
The final flavour depends on the kinds of peaches you use and the flavour and strength of the water kefir. Experiment with what you like best.
