This blackberry rosemary smoothie is the perfect healthy summer day refresher. The recipe tastes fantastic. Also, you can customize it with ingredients of your liking, for example with protein powder.

2 cups (frozen) blackberries

2 springs rosemary

1 banana

1 cup ice cubes

1 cup soy/coconut yogurt

1 cup soy/oat milk

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend them until you have a smooth-textured drink. Depending on your preferred consistency, you can add more liquid. Check for seasoning.

Depending on your preference, you can adjust the seasoning with a sweetener of your choice.

You can also add protein powder, chia seeds or hemp seeds to this smoothie.
